  The worst customer service ever!! Ha
  My mom went to wels and I called 3 months in advance to assure my card is attached to the room , I called their headquarters in Arizona and they said everything is fine! When it was time to pay They said that my card is not working WHICH IS NOT THE CASE!!! Their system is not working. I try a different card SAME THING. So the person who worked
  That morning haned it HORRIBLY !!!!

  The rooms are much better looking than the outside of the hotel might give away. Clean and spacious, with a large underground parking

  Modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Preis während der Messe sehr hoch, Hotelbar-Personal unmöglich (weigert sich die Bar zu öffnen, da schon der 2.Tag das Bier ausverkauft sei. Sehr patzige Antwort. Restliches Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Qualität Frühstück sehr gut, Steak-Restaurant ausgezeichnet.

  Nice enough hotel although some of the furniture is a bit tatty. Room far to hot and no Aircon but a fan was provided. Nice reception and lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful. Underground car park great if a little pricey imo.
