Our gas boiler did not work, so we called b-gas. The person on the phone told us, cause they recently inspected our boiler, that they will come in the morning free of charge.

Ok - one night without heating.

In the morning b-gas called us and told us, that they will not come free of charge and they do not even have someone to come. Only the emergency team can come and that will be more expensive.

Long story short - do not believe what someone in the company is telling you.

Da sich meine Gastherme leider genau am Ostersonntag dazu entschloss die Feiertage im Störungsmodus zu verbringen benötigte ich kurzfristig den Installateur-Notdienst.
Nach kurzer Recherche im Internet fand ich dieses Unternehmen und diese schickten auch sehr schnell jemanden vorbei. Das Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit identifiziert und auch professionell behoben.

Today Mr. Martin dismantled my old thermal bath and installed a new one. The support from the installer was very honest, careful and professional. Every problem was recognized and eliminated immediately. Even my wrongly connected fan in the bathroom was repaired. Top service, inexpensive and fast. Many Thanks!

Worst experience ever.

The technician came and ONLY looked at the boiler then concluded we needed a new sensor, which we agreed upon and that costed a whopping 400 euro. After 1 day it was not working already. Called again, they came again and said we needed to change the whole electrical part, again, after JUST LOOKING at the boiler, he didn't even open it to check if there was something else and was asking for 600 euros or if we want to change it, it would be 2000 euros.

Called another company, they came and only cleaned the boiler and that solved everything, and I paid a lot less.

They are only looking at scamming people and don't care for taking care or their clients or doing any valuable work.

Look for another company.

Schnelle Terminvereinbarung !!! Meine Heizung funktionierte nicht mehr, Firma B-Gas kontaktiert , als der Techniker von B-Gas kam war das Problem in paar minuten auch schon erledigt !!! Sehr empfehlenswert . Preis/Leistungsverhältniss top . Liebe grüße !

Gerne hätten wir Ihnen prompt einen unserer Installateure vorbei kommen lassen, jedoch wurde der Kunde darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass bei nicht Verschulden unserer Dienstleistungen der neue Einsatz zu begleichen wäre.
Wenn erneut etwas in den Abfluss geworfen wurde - gibt es keine Gewährleistung auf Verstopfung.
Dies wurde am Telefon höflich erklärt, jedoch wurden wir nicht verstanden und es wurde uns aufgelegt.

Ein superfreundlicher Herr hat mir durch seine prompte Hilfe am Telefon kostenlos (!) das Wochenende gerettet. Ich hatte eine Fehlermeldung bei der Therme und habe in meiner Verzweiflung nicht das richtige Ventil zur Behebung gefunden. VIELEN DANK FÜR DIE HILFE!

FINGER WEG !!! Mitarbeiter kommt spontan und nimmt nur Geld ohne eine Lösung anzustreben. Ginge es nach dieser Firma hätten wir nach mittlerweile 10 Tagen noch immer kein Warmwasser. Der versprochene Kontakt nach dem Wochenende blieb aus. Nicht einmal ein Anbot für eine neue Therme wurde übermittelt. Der Firma geht es nur um das Geld für die Anfahrt im Notfall !!! Null Kundenorientierung! Leider muss man für eine Rezension zumindest einen Stern geben, selbst das ist zu viel !!!

I asked them to make repairs to my boiler in vienna, at first all good & they went and effectively partly drained the system to restore pressure.
Advice was that if this didnt work we needed to make repairs which would cost around 500 euros.
As it turned out we needed repairs - the quote came to 1200 euros !!!
I then asked them for a quote for replacement & they told me 2500 euros for a unit that on their website is quoted at 2200 euros; elsewhere everyone offers the same unit at 1800-2000 when i questioned whether they could improve on 2500 i was told abruptly thats it - like it or leave it

Thermendefekt am Freitag Vormittag, B-Gas war innerhalb von 3h da, zeitlich wie telefonisch ausgemacht, Defekt behoben, Arbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent, haben genau erklärt was sie machen, wieviel es kosten wird. Preislich (trotz Aufschlag) voll in Ordnung.

Diese Firma hat uns telefonisch super geholfen, ohne dafür Geld verlangt zu haben!! Unsere Therme hat nicht mehr funktioniert und wir sind schon fast verzweifelt an dem Gedanken, in der früh kalt duschen zu müssen. Als letzte Rettung haben wir die Nummer von B-gas gewählt, unter welcher uns ein sehr netter und äußerst kompetenter Mitarbeiter, nachdem wir ihm lediglich die Fehlermeldung durchgesagt haben, die auf der Therme angegeben war, die nötigen Tipps gegeben hat, sodass gleich wieder alles gut funktioniert hat.

Alles Super!

Die Sekretärin hat angerufen und mitgeteilt, dass die Installateure sich etwas verspäten.
Die Therme wurde sorgfältig auseinander genommen und alle Teile wurden sorgfältig saubergemacht.
Keine versteckten Preise, alles inklusive!!
