Be careful If you have some kind of problem, you will pay excessively for it. They have charged me 660 euros for a scratch on the hubcap and peeling of a tire.

BE VERY CAREFUL! Me and my boyfriend rented the car for 3 days at the begining 92 euros (with insurance) after an scratch on the hubcap and "tire damage" 758 EUROS.
If something bad occurs, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY EXCESSIVELY for it.response / report this review -

They could not care less is an underestimation of this group there.
I had a reservation to pick up a car at 7 p. m. On the reservation it however said they are open 24 hours a day. When I arrived the shop was closed. So I called them up. The rental provider (after about 1 h on the phone) was very apologetic and promised me that I would get a car the next day and that Avis would reimburse me for any costs I had incurred.
The next day when I showed up they however just looked at me for a second and said I was not going to get a car. Then they refused to talk to me and said I I should look out for myself.
Which of course I did by renting at a different place and am now looking at serving them the appropriate lawsuit they deserve for getting my costs reimbursed!
I understand that mistakes can happen. However the complete lack of interest or responsibility this group showed is a new level of customer service that I experienced.response / report this review -

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! They will cheat you. They will find a small 500E scratch and surprise you with a charge after you depart. Dishonest and should be closed. Go to Hauptbahnhof or Airport.

Twice I rented here a car, and twice the service given by the 2 different employees was great Location is the only thing to review on Google maps, it's a bit difficult to find at first, but at the second time it's straight forward. Definitely recommend and will return.

Good location but please see Google street view if you are coming for the first time as it is under the park and took me some time to locate it. Nice and friendly staff.
