bad attention. I called to request a quote for a thermostat for the oven and since the visit was made last year, they wanted to come again. I told them that I had already made a diagnosis themselves and they refused to give me a quote without charging a new visit. Vinieron a ver mi heladera, vino un técnico (Claudio). me cobro $2000 y me dijeron que volvían con el repuesto. Nunca volvieron y nunca se comunicaron. Llamo y me toman el pelo.. Me cobraron esos $2000 para nada. NO LOS RECOMIENDO. SOS UNOS ESTAFADORES.

I requested a quote for the change of a thermostat in my Ariston electric oven. They sent me a technician who dismantled the oven, validated that what had to be changed and gave me a repair estimate for $ 16,400 pesos (minus the 500 for the visit, which if I decide to accept the budget they will be discounted).

Obviously I did not accept the budget because it was excessively expensive. In ML they sell the thermostat for my oven for 3,900 pesos, so these guys wanted to charge 12,500 pesos for labor. 12,500 pesos for literally: remove 12 screws, disconnect 2 cables, connect 2 cables and screw 12 screws.

Obviously I bought the part, I watched a video on youtube and 15 minutes later (yes, it took 15 minutes) I had already changed the thermostat.

I hope this review will help them not fall into the hands of these armed jets that take advantage of the fact that people do not know much about this.

Terrible attention, not only did they not solve my problem, but they charged me for the consultation and gave me a high price saying that the washing machine had damages that I did not really have to keep getting money from me. I do not recommend them !!
