  I took my puppy for the second time to comply with the indicated vaccination plan. They had told me that they would send me an email with the reminder and it never came. The first consultation indicated two vaccines and it turns out that today I found out that he was given one. At the same time, he charged us for a vaccine at a ridiculous price after having placed it. A price that a month ago paid 70% less. They did not give me an invoice. I requested it and it has not been delivered yet. THE BAD PROFESSIONAL VETERINARIAN because she said that to be in a kennel she needed those vaccines, we said yes and she hadn't given it. I called because surely there was an error in the price and he tells me no and he still hasn't given me the invoice. THEY CHARGE ACCORDING TO THE FACE. I hope they send me the invoice and charge the real price because I denounced them for not delivering an invoice. Since I have proof of having been treated there.

  Excellent veterinary care. All team members, including the reception sector, are friendly and attentive. One of my puppies recently passed away and the care and support I received was excellent. They took care of everything. Currently my other dog is undergoing the post-operative castration and the follow-up is formidable.
  I really like that I can go without an appointment and for scheduled studies, the appointments are fast.

  Yesterday I went for the care of my pet (Dogue de Bordeaux) and I was shocked with the quality of care received. While one of the doctors practiced the exams, the other did not stop caressing her, already at home and recovering and with the follow-up of the doctors. Oswaldo Santos and Gustavo Herrera.
