We almost saw a Tango show there.

It's not a very attactive barrio, and it's not a very attractive hotel - at first sight. But when you enter the hotel: woah. As if you'd become part of a movie, playing in Belle Epoque and featuring Tango. One important notice: Ask for a room with windows and space - there are some terrible rooms in this hotel. And one teardrop: The breakfast is poor. Not to forget: There are Tango-classes directly in the hotel almost every day - the breakfast-room is one of the dance-floors. Ask for Claudio, the Tango-teacher, he's the man. Last not least: The prices are not high.

My friend is staying here So I don't have much to say about the customer service but the location is really good and the hotel is beautiful

Buena atención y lindas habitaciones a un precio razonable. Lastima que no cuenten con estacionamiento o algún convenio con alguno cercano

Not the greatest location but the rooms are comfy albeit the lack of outside windows makes the rooms dark. Rooms with windows in the new part of the hotel open up to the atrium area so its not completely devoid of natural light. Staff is pleasant and attentive to your needs which is great for the first timer to BA.

I personally don't care for this hotel, as generally the rooms are windowless and noisy. The street is dark and lonely at night down there in San Telmo. Not my cup of tea.
