It was very nice, but being a Hilton should be extremely nice. There was a lot of confusion on if the shuttle was coming back to pick up tourtis to shuttle back to the airport, the guess services acted like they knew nothi g about it so I had to get a taxi paid 35 us dollars where it should have been free.

Lovely hotel and a great location! The staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. The pool doesn't open until December so that was a bit disappointing, but there are a lot of things to do in the area. The WiFi didn't work in our first floor room and it was never fixed even though we asked. Still, we had a great stay here.

Not so new as in Europe specially the furniture . Clean rooms, good bed and good breakfast. If you take rear meat in the restaurant be sure they understand, they tend to over done.

It's a very nice hotel on 9 de Julio avenue. There are a lot of places to go from the hotel that is near the metro and bus stations. The rooms are very beautiful and tidy. If you need to work that's is a nice table with a chair and if you want to rest the bed is great. Receptionist are very polite and can help you with anything you need. It's an excellent hotel to stay in.

The Hotel is is perfectly located, a few meters away from the obelisc, in the middle of the Microcenter of Buenos Aires. The Rooms are clean, spacious and calm and the bed "una delicia"! The breakfast buffet, included in the price offers fresh fruits, breads, cutts of all kind and cakes. And on top of all is the friendly, careing and english speaking Staff who makes the stay an experience. If I have the chance, I will definitely return to this Hotel.

I find sad to have to wait until 3pm to check in when all international flights arrive early morning in Buenos Aires and when all hotels accept early check in NH apparently does not care about tourists comfort: what matters is exclusively tourists money! You should avoid this hotel. No flexibility, no extra step for you.. after a 12+ hours journey.
