The worst hotel experience of my life! They dont care about the guests. Terrible service that cannot do basic stuff for the guests like order the taxi. Besides, my colleague ordered laundry service and got holes in his pants. Awful food for breakfast as well. Highly not recommended!
Don't even think about visiting this place. Yes its a place not a 5 star hotel The most unfriendly staff especially JOHNATAN from front desk. Even the menager doesn't speak a word on English.
Very nice hotel. Clean and cosy.
For over one year I've received e-mails from Julieta Giusti, from MeliĆ” Buenos Aires. I've already written to her asking, kindly, to stop sending me e-mails. I've tried to reach MeliĆ” and ask the same "favor". But, they insist in sending e-mail to people who didn't ask to and don't agree with it. So, I will NEVER stay in a hotel that doesn't respect customers in potential.
I got trapped in the elevator. I have to call the hotel to let them know that we were trap. Said they were going to send someine and they didn't. When Complain at the front desk, they didn't care as I was on room for a training and not a guest. The elevator don't have any emergency light. Luckily it was only for 20min.
Has a smoking room before arriving confirm your rooms are not smoking allow.
Excellent location, great service
Great hotel, good location reception bit slow.
Great Hotel and Location. Like the European looks
Expensive for old facility, though some rooms are refurbished.
Room was great and staff was friendly.
By far one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The rooms and common areas were very clean, the rooms were large, nice bathrooms, and even nicer staff. Very good location.
Excellent staff and service. The rooms are nice and spacious. Would have been 5 stars but the beds are a little firm.
Well located hotel, very near to Torre Monumental and 10/15min walk to Puerto Madero. It's also a 20min ride from Aeroparque Buenos Aires airport (add 30min or so on rush hour) There's plenty of pub options in the same street than the hotel. It's also a 5min walk from GalerĆas PacĆfico and thereĀ“s a really good steak restaurant 2min from the hotel called "Al Carbón". Breakfast could be improved, not much variety as itĀ“s the same and the same everyday.. hence 4 start
Good service, room and food. Near to everything in the BA downtown.
A bit tired building. Tiny bar, average breakfast but the rooms are so quiet that allow you to rest as you can't hear a thing!
Good business hotel. Calle Reconquista is close to the financial center of Buenos Aires and the most important ministries.
Nice hotel with spacious rooms. A bit dated look but centrally located.
