I left the hotel before the expect time, reserved for 4 night and only stayed 1. Dirty, weird smell in the room. Not the best experience.

Fair location with spacious room, WiFi is a bit weak in the room. Don’t buy the breakfast cuz it’s one of the worst you can imagine lol.

Breakfast is overpriced and consists basically of toast and cereals, staffed tried charging multiple persons in my group for dirty towels and for being 10 minutes late for checkout. I also reserved one more night the day before i was checking out, and they tried to kick me out of my room at checkout for me to chek in again in my new room 4 hours later. I had ask to talk to the manager and got in an argument with him in order to keep my room. Staff and management at this hotel is ridiculous. It maybe deserved 4 stars in the 70s, but it clesrly doesn't deserve them now.

Nice place, but not so friendly nor helpful staff. The room was hot, and you're not able to change the air conditioner settings, and the wind is blown directly into your face while sleeping. The windows cannot be opened either. There were no wall plugs in the room, so if you want to charge your phone, you have to turn the fridge off. WiFi is free, but not stable.

Very disappointed with this hotel. During my stay items from my room and from the rooms of my friends were taken. When I reported this to hotel staff, I felt disrespected and belittled when the staff laughed at me. When I tried to follow up the matter, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Even weeks later when I was attempting for the hotel to make some sort of response to the items removed from my room, the staff continued to be rude and did nothing to follow up or even make any sort of apology that despite paying a good sum for decent accomodation, hundreds of dollars worth of items were taken during housekeeping. I definitely would not stay here or if you do, lock up all your possessions. Also I would not stay here if you would like staff who treat you with respect and dignity.

No kettle in the room (even in winter - July)
No iron or iron board in room.
