  muy muy muy viejo !!!! huele a húmedo hay hongos y sucio en el baño, humedad en las paredes, el piso esta levantado por humedad es horrible!!! el señor que nos atendió estaba como dormido a las 11pm o no se que tenía en los ojos @-@ sólo quiero que amanezca para salir volando de aquí no tienen cable *_*! no hay agua caliente. Hay ruidos toda la noche de un cuarto de máquinas

  There is no cost-benefit! The pictures that are shown at Booking do not tell the true state of the art of this "boutique hotel"! Much closer to a hostel than to a a hotel! It is not said in the description at Booking that the minuscule bathroom is a story below the bedroom or that in order to go to the bathroom one has to use the kind of freaky wooden stairs! It has to appear in the description . My husband and I, in the so-called golden age(!!) would have NEVER booked such a room. Fortunately, it was just an overnight because we would not be able to face the going up and down the makeshift stairs without the possibility of an accident. It was an unfortunate choice influenced by the unreliable photos at Booking.
  I attributed it a single star and this is for the friendly staff. This is not a hotel. The towels need much better laundering; the small refrigerator is there just to be there for it does not work; only one of the bed lamps functions as the other serves as part of the scenery. Well! And the raven repeated "never more"!

  O hotel é simplesmente horrível, ainda mais se lhe deram os quartos 6 e 7 que são verdadeiros "puxadinhos" do hotel.
  O quarto 7 tem uma escada para o quarto e o banheiro minúsculo, escuro, mal cuidado fica embaixo, não tem armários para roupa, o que tem são restos de móveis colocados ali, o cofre está fechado e ninguém sabe a senha, o frigobar não funciona, a roupa de cama e banho é encardida e mal cheirosa, o wi-fi é muito ruim e o café da manhã é o pior que já vi, enfim, pela tarifa cobrada (R$ 900,00 por 3 noites) dá pra encontrar hotéis muito melhores em B.A

  PÉSIMO HOTEL.
  Realmente por lo que vale la estadía es impresentable.
  Las imágenes de las habitaciones son una mentira.
  Las habitaciones estaban en mal estado, tenían humedad en las paredes y techos, la limpieza es un desastre (hongos por todos lados) ,ademas de que todo esta deteriorado.
  Me quede solo una noche, pedí un cambio de habitación y hasta las presidenciales eran de terror.
  Lo único a destacar , es la excelente atención por parte de la recepcionista y la ubicación.

  La ubicación es fantástica. El barrio obviamente es uno de mas bellos. En cuanto a las instalaciones esta un poco venido a bajo. Y si bien es prolijo, tiene detalles como en el baño algunas esquinas tienen un sarro y una cantidad de hongos terribles. Pero la atención es buena, son muy agradables y la relación precio/calidad bastante buena!
