Es un buen hotel. El servicio fue muy bueno. Empleados muy amables. Habitación es muy buena, limpia y confortable. Lo único que no es cinco estrellas es el desayuno. Ubicación muy buena para aquellos que quieren estar entre el Microcentro. Fue para trabajar y estaba muy bueno.

I've stayed in better 4 Star hotels than this one, hence three star rating.
Otherwise the hotel is located in Puerto Madero ; an upscale place. It's easily accessible by Taxi and public transport. There are lots of cafes, Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We came early and our room was ready in thirty minutes. Rooms are a bit small and so is the bathroom. But the place is clean. Power outlets are not located close to the bed. There is a small Bar and electric kettle. The daily toiletries are a disappointment. There wasn't any tooth paste and tooth brush and when we asked the house Keeper told us that it's not available complimentary ( Really ! No tooth paste and brush in a four star hotel ) . There are no English language channel on the TV
The free Internet is working great. Access is via electronic cards and lift is available in the Building.
Breakfast is served in the adjacent Midi Restaurant. It's just average with lots of Carbs. Omelette was a total disappointment. Only two kinds of bread ( milky and brown) are served.response / report this review -

Hotel is in a good location. Comfortable with high speed Internet. On site restaurant for breakfast and a fancy dinner.

Cómodas habitaciones. buena atención. no hay tomas de energÃa cerca de la cama o el escritorio. uno o dos en el baño. recordar pedir una prolongación. antes de las 21hs que se va el personal de mantenimiento.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, apacible, lleno de buena energÃa y buena voluntad. Se los recomiendo! Muy buena la comida, deliciosa! Y la atención fantástica.

Excellent service, very nice spacious rooms, good internet, central location with near access to everything.
The only big con is that there walls are thin and you can hear everything the other guests are doing.response / report this review
