Excelente ubicación a una cuadra del Centro Cívico. La atención del personal es inmejorable. Estuvimos en una habitación del primer piso con vista al lago, un pequeño balcón y una cama king size súper cómoda. Baño amplio. El desayuno es muy completo y, si bien lo sirven desde las 8 hs, te lo preparan antes si necesitas salir más temprano para alguna excursión. No cuentan con servicio a la habitación. El único detalle es que los productos de baño (jabón, shampoo dos en uno) podrían ser de mejor calidad. Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo.
Excelent location one block to Centro Cívico. Unbeatable customer care from staff. We stayed in a first floor room with a view to the lake, a little balcony and a super confy king size bed. Well-assorted breakfast available from 8 am, though you can have it earlier if needed. No room service. Only negative point is bathroom products quality, which could be improved. Muy buena atención, muy buenos los desayunos con gran variedad de bocados dulces y saludos. La vista del lago desde el salón comedor es de lo mejor. Y recomiendo especialmente las habitaciones con vista al lago. Insuperable vista, majestuoso paisaje

Hotel Familiar em edificio antigo, vom apartamentos totalmente reformados. Banheiros amplos com louças sanitarias, azulejos, e chuveiro novos, com box blindex e aquecimento adequado. Água quente abundante mesmo com temperatura externa de 6 graus negativos. Quarto com cama confortavel e roupas de cama bem cuidadas. Tv com diversos canais pagos, e com tv globo. Recepção com 1 funcionario 24h. Café da manhã muito farto.

Maravilloso hotel. Muy buena atención. Excelente limpieza. Hermosa vista desde las habitaciones orientadas hacia el lago. Muy buena ubicación, Centro Cívico, cajeros y colectivos, restaurantes y cervecerías a menos de 300 metros. Relación precio - calidad, excelente!.

Great location
- Close to bus 20 stop which is the most useful bus in Bariloche (3 minutes walk)
- Close to a supermarket
- Close to the laundry store
- Close to the main streets (San Martin and Belgrano) where you find shops and restaurants.
- Close to Alto El Fuego restaurant
- Close to Alberto pastas and Alberto meat
Fridge for your water (even the big bottles!)
Laundry service is available (you need to walk 5 min to the store and they will bring you back the clothes to the room )
The bad:
Took me 20 minutes to get to the hotel with the suitcase from the last stop of the bus from the airport.
You can avoid this by using a taxi or taking another bus to get you closer (bus number 20 is an option I think)
Close to a building with lots of antennas :(
The rooms that face the street are noisy whenever a soccer game is involved. It is not too bad though.response / report this review -

Clean, comfortable, modern, with good service and location close to the lake. Breakfast quality is better than many other hotels. With regards to the price it is one of the best hotels.
