Perfect lake side location just minuntes walking distance from city center. The hotel is very clean, rooms spacious with lake view. Staff very friendly and english speaking. Spa area is good with indoor swimmig pool, wet and dry sauna. I would definetly recommend this hotel again

Great stay in Bariloche with a beautiful view over the lake. We mostly enjoyed their modern swimming pool & spa. Only remark i'd like to make is that we missed an airconditioning in the room.

Overall it's excellent. There is no air conditioning so you have to open the door to get any circulation. The internet is 0.19 which is slower than the old modems. The place is well kept for it's age. The staff were terrific. The restaurant was very accommodating and the food was excellent.

O hotel e MT bom. Os quartos sao enormes, o banheiro e imenso. A vista da para o lago nauel. Muito bonito. Bem estruturado. Além da visa tem acesso ao lago via praia.

A estrutura do hotel e su localização são muito boas porém o quarto deixa a desejar.
As paredes são muito finas e é possível escutar os vizinhos com facilidade. Evite os quartos conjugados (que possuem porta para acesso ao quarto vizinho) pois o som irá passar de um quarto ao outro com mais facilidade. Evite também os quartos na frente do elevador pois o mesmo faz muito barulho da para ouvir dentro do quarto dificultando dormir a noite.
O quarto é muito bom, com móveis novos e bonitos além de ter um bom tamanho porém a limpeza diária não é boa, ficando poeira e sujeira mesmo após o serviço de quarto. Aquecedores dos quartos funcionaram muito bem.
Poucas opções de canais e qualidade da imagem baixa.
Wi-Fi funcional porém não muito rápido.response / report this review -

Hermoso hotel y muy buena ubicación, el personal excelente al igual que las instalaciones y el desayuno, lo único malo es que al lado hay un boliche y se escuchan los ruidos y la música toda la noche en las habitaciones que están pegadas a esa pared.

Amazing views, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The common areas are very cozy and the spa a perfect place to relax after a long day of outdoor activities. They also offer kayaks to go out on the lake.

From Sweden it is a long way to Bariloche but it is well worth the trip when you stay at Cacique Inacayal Lake Hotel.
I have stayed there for a long period of time and I must say it is so very nice.
Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic location by the beautiful lake, a very good dining and an excellent breakfast.
I would give this hotel 10 points.
