Hotel is nice but the internet wifi is pathetic doesnt work at all just for name sake. They have to increase their service for wifi and air conditioning not so good. Room is good but being 4 star other service should be good as well.

Great hotel. Clean. Amazing terrace in the roof with pool. Staff speak English really well. Great hotel for the price.

Good location. Good rates. Good size rooms. Wi-Fi is terrible. Breakfast was included for our stay and was average. Also won't hurt to bring your own toiletries. If you come prepared this hotel can be a great value.

Great location. However, didn't have any water pressure on the first day, which meant there was also no hot water. They did move us to another room, where the water pressure was fine (strangely it did take over 5 minutes for the water to heat up, though). Nothing was really offered to us to compensate for this, however their prices were pretty cheap. I guess you get what you pay for!

The photos are not exact in real life. The rugs are older and the rooms are not that beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The heater and Air conditioning is controlled by the reception Weird. But location is good

Great Hotel, gigantic rooms with a bathtub in the privative bathroom, great beds. The staff is amazing as well, specially the receptionist.
The breakfast service is kinda meh, there are not a lot of options on what to eat. The hotel is in one weird looking street, that I couldn't feel 100% safe by walking at night. I also had some issues on running out of hot water in the middle of a shower, which it was kinda disappointing.
It is worth checking it out, and it was not expensive at all. For a quick stay in Buenos Aires, close to San Telmo this is a great place.response / report this review -

Ok hotel. Cheap clean rooms. We where there in May, so they had no skybar open and where alone in the cold swimmingpool, guess it was low season, but we had around 24 degrees and perfect weather

Ar condicionado quebrado num calor de 32 graus. Ao inves de arrumarem ou me realocarem, me enrolaram por 2 dias e depois ofereceram outro hotel. Não recomendo para ninguem

Amazing stay here. The room was enormous the bed was huge. You could get lost in it. So comfortable and luxurious. The shower was so good. Pool area on the roof was lovely and clean with a bar too. Bonus. Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. Can not fault this hotel. It's about 10mins walk from the town center and the main Street. Wish we were staying there longer.

Nice hotel for the price, and its clean and spacious. However, they do not give you control of your heating and air conditioning so you have to call down to the desk to have the air turned on through the computer at reception. But they turn it right off again in an hour or 2 to save money. So to sleep through the night when its hot, you end up calling down 3-4 times a night, as you slowly start to heat up between bouts of them shutting it off the A/C and you calling down to have it turned on again. A bit ridiculous.
