Péssima experiência, muito caro, nunca mais voltaria! Ficamos por 4 dias nesse hostel (eu e minha noiva) e tivemos uma péssima experiência, é nossa 2ª vez em Bariloche, da outra vez ficamos na Hosteria Las Amapolas e foi tudo perfeito, mas como era longe da Mitre optamos por esse que era na rua de baixo, péssima escolha.

1) As portas são extremamente ruins de abrir e fechar (fazem um barulhão, tem que jogar o corpo contra a porta, chave não gira, ou seja, falta de manutenção);

2) instalação extremamente antiga, camas barulhentas, não podia virar de lado que parecia que iria cair a cama;

3) muito barulho no hotel em geral, um dos funcionários era muito arrogante, pois reclamei do wi-fi e o mesmo virou as costas, outrora saiu falando e não entendi o que falou (mas era reclamando de mim);

4) wi-fi não funciona no 3º andar, tive que comprar um chip da claro e comprar créditos e pacotes pra conseguir usar a internet, pois uso para trabalho;

5) não trocam toalhas, no 1º dia já perguntei se trocavam, falaram que sim, não trocaram nada, fui na recepção, ele me deu 2 toalhas, depois no 3º dia a faxineira tirou a toalha de rosto e deixou novamente as 2 sujas, tive que pedir de novo, não trouxeram, tive que sair comprar 2 toalhas de banho pra não ficar toda hora pedindo;

6) janela não fecha, ficava sempre um pedaço aberta;

7) Impossível dormir até tarde, o sol bate na cara e não tem nenhuma cortina que preste pra fechar, só um pano extremamente fino que as pessoas de fora dá até pra ver dentro, ou seja, privacidade 0.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very friendly. The location is great. The room has a hair dryer and a safe. And the breakfast is nice. The main cons was that the room was a bit too tight - hard to walk between the beds, and the internet was not working. Hopefully it will get fixed by the time you get there.

Money-before-client hostel

Staff is not flexible and doesn't communicate well. As a result we had to pay an night more than we stayed there

The room was dirty: hair in the bathroom on arrival. Sand in the room on arrival. And on top also dangerous: missing stone in front of the bathroom door. A nail coming out of the floor. See photos.

We had to let the shower running for about 20min to get warm water.

Very noisy because of bad isolated walls and glass, so we had a lot of streetnoise, bell, television, On top also bad curtains so we had a lot of street light in the room.

There are better money for value hostels in Bariloche.

I travelled as part of a large group so we probably got a cheaper-than-normal rate. The location is very good. The place is clean, decent, and good value for what you pay.

Our room was for 4 persons with private bathroom. Everything worked, though "everything" may be too much already - one light bulb, and that's pretty much it. The room had one safe (which was locked and we did not use). Beds were kind of small, e.g. you cannot even sit in your bed if you are on the lower one (your head hits the topmost bed). And there is just one chair (also used as the only nightstand) so just forget about sitting. The room was just as small too.

We were supposed to have free parking, but did not. There is place for maybe 10 cars. Our group only had perhaps six cars and only one of them fit in the already full parking lot. The other cars slept on the street, which you should consider is (a) not too safe in Bariloche and (b) paid parking as this is a very centric location. So consider talking to the staff in advance - if they say you are getting parking, make sure you get it.

Staff was helpful, wifi worked well.

The nicest comment goes for the common room and breakfast. Decoration is very nice. Breakfast (which you prepare and self serve) is good, there is tea, coffee, yogurt, some cereal and _mediaslunas_ -- more than what I would expect from a hostel.

Tip - I recommend avoiding rooms 1 and 2 which sit next to lobby and shared/breakfast room, if you want to sleep away from night conversations and late checkins

I am giving four stars not for the amenities but for the price/value ratio. It is a good choice as a hostel.
