The location is really good: It's in the center of Bariloche. The services are excellent too as the rooms. The only problem is the wifi connection.

Great location close to main streets and best hotel breakfast of our trip. Only downside was the ridiculously expensive laundry service - around 35 pesos for each item of underwear and 185 pesos for a pair of jeans, luckily there are cheap alternatives nearby on the main streets of the town.

Camas razoáveis. Kenton superou o nível de mesquinharia de todos os hoteis que estive no mundo. Com seu frigobar trancado, liberado somente SE consumir do hotel, eles te recebem com a welcome water, e uma price tag em cima de 80 pesos (15 reais). O serviço de translado é desorganizado, consta como translado pago pelo hotel, minha chegada, com contato com hotel, tudo reservado e pra supresa ninguém veio receber-me, acabei tendo que pagar o taxi por conta. A volta, com muito pé atrás, consegui o translado. Café razoável, por um preço mais em conta tive um hotel 10x melhor em Buenos Aires, então, não posso generalizar a Argentina como mesquinha, e sim o hotel. Não recomendo.

Nice stay in Bariloche. I stayed in Kenton Palace Hotel in Bariloche with my family (wife and two daughters – 7-year and 4-year) in beginning of July 2017. We selected quadruple room standard and everything was really nice and worked perfectly. Front desk staff was very helpful and funny playing with my kids. Although complimentary breakfast was the same every day, it was very good. We loved its fresh fruit salad, hot chocolate, brownie, apple juice and rosa mosqueta jam.
Kenton Palace Hotel is very well located, less than two blocks from Centro Civico and Mitre Street (main avenue in Bariloche). It is 10-minute walk from any top restaurant in the city and it has a 24-hour convenience store as a neighbor and a good supermarket almost in front of. Bus stop to Cerro Catedral is also less than one block from the hotel.
I had a small problem when I left the hotel. I forgot my car document in the safe box. I contacted the hotel and in less than one hour they found it. As I was in the airplane traveling to Buenos Aires, I asked a friend of mine who is traveling to Bariloche next week to catch it.
I hope to be back to Bariloche and Kenton as soon as possible!response / report this review -

We had a 3 bed bedroom but only 2 of them were actual beds The other one was a bedsofa.
The rooms don't have a good lighting, it's very dark. The good was OK, the WiFi slow.

No vale lo que cobran. Buen desayuno. Sin aire en habitaciones. El wifi lento. El ruido por la mañana te despierta con el pie izquierdo. El trato muy cordial.
