As a tourist I want to immerse myself in everything great a city’s neighborhood has to offer. This Gem was the best restaurant we had dinner at while spending Easter in BA. My family ended up eating here twice. We learned the first time that the portions are huge (family style) and if you are used to great American steakhouses this will rival any of the best.

Gigantic nicely grilled steaks. Portions are large so if you're not big eaters, consider sharing all dishes - appetizers, main, dessert. Coffee is not so great. Service is prompt. Either come very early (20:00) or very late (22:39) if you've made no reservations.

A little disappointed. With all the hype, our short ribs (450 grams) were chewy and sirloin (450 grams) was fatty (not trimmed at all) and tough. No seasonings at all. This was after a similar dinner at el Calafate the night before. Portions were generous. And we we're tired from chewing. Perhaps a different cut could be better.

I love this place, they have a great ribeye and the servers are honest about the best cuts and social of the day. The service is always great, and the prices are very reasonable for the immense quality provided. Get the grilled provelone as an appetizer and you won't be disappointed!

Massive portion sizes, I couldn't get through half of nine (though we did also have an entree). Good value for money, the steak was far better than the chicken (which was a bit dry). Overall a good meal.

If you want to eat here make sure you book. I rocked up on my own at 8 and the restaurant was empty and was told I'd have to wait an hour for a table. Then all of a sudden the place was jam packed. I sat and waited with a glass of wine while others were turned away. And when I sat down and eat the steak I could see why it was so popular. This is a must visit if you get the chance whilst in Buenos Aires. Best steak I had in Argentina!

Food is excellent and also the service, the waiter was very friendly and attentive. We asked for a blue term baby beef and was very good with sweet potatoes and salad as sides. The wine really good and fair price. A highly recommended place.

Like nearly all the other reviews for this restaurant, we had a lovely meal, friendly service and highly recommend. Steaks were perfectly cooked to our request, medium & medium rare. Easy to see the difference once the meat was cut into! True test on the skill of the chief. Bravo!

Has good food and wine for a good price. But we were sitting outside and the waiter just forgot us. Second time we were sitting inside and the service was much better. Starts at 20:00 in the night and is quickly fully booked. If you are with 2 persons try to get there sharp at 20:00, otherwise it is full. Reservation recommended.
