My cell phone was stolen last Thursday. I don't have the IMEI. When I hired the insurance they told me that with a photo and the police report it was enough. I spoke to 3 different people from Galicia insurance and they all told me something different. Today I called, because apart from sending the complaint, I sent the withdrawal of the chip, plus another photo of the equipment manual, a validation number that Movistar gave me for insurance and even so they tell me that they need an email with the logo of Movistar with those data !!!! the worst thing is that I call Movistar and they tell me that they DO NOT send any type of documentation. That I look at Facebook !!! and the insurance gives me a number of a regulatory entity and that number does not exist either! If I had known I would not hire them. Terrible attention

The worst customer service. In the lead with the telephone companies. I can't use my money because I don't have a Galicia PIN or a token, I want to generate a token and it asks for a Galicia PIN, I seek to enable a Galicia PIN and it asks me for a token key I try to call, no one answers, I send an email and no one answers. Debts have an EXPIRATION DATE and that if they execute it effectively and efficiently, both you. like other creditors. Who is going to compensate me for the interests and damages of the delays? This bank is a shame and unfortunately they pay me my salary here. They already scammed me with credit cards and now this -5 stars

Appalling! They are charging me insurance 2 TIMES A MONTH on top they debit me from 2 accounts at the same time! Savings box and orange card. I call and no one answers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE.

La verdad es que son un desastre como empresa de seguros. Deberían cambiar el nombre a Incierto Galicia. Contratas un “seguro” ante robo pero cuando sufrís un siniestro la única parte de la que debes asegurarte es que no te van a pagar nada. Un centro de atención al cliente deficiente y poco capacitado para ofrecer soluciones. “Seguro” en este mensaje me responden con un Copy/Paste para que me contacte al 0800 al cual ya llame en varias ocasiones.

Se ve que es practica corriente que la compañía cobre seguros sin ser contratados. Ya llevan mas de 2 años años debitandome un seguro que no contrate y me es imposible darlo de baja, ya intente por todos los medios y me lo siguen debitando. Empresa poco seria, por no decir otra cosa

el 27/07/17 inicie un seguro de vida en la sucursal de gral urquiza y av. san juan. a las 48 hs me enviaron la poliza por mail , habia puntos que no estuve de acuerdo. llame por telefono haciendo consultas, no me conformaron y anule el seguro. hoy miro mi saldo en caja de ahorro y la cuota me la han debitado igual, asegurandome telefonicamente que no iba a suceder..espero respuesta. gracias

Me pusieron de prepo un seguro que nunca pedí, de débito automático. Llamé por teléfono para darlo de baja, pero hace media hora que me boludean con la maquina de un lado al otro: marque la opciónle derivo, etc. y cuando por fin llego a la opción de que me atienda el que realmente podría dar la baja, me dicen todos los asesores están ocupados. Es una tomada de pelo. Son ladrones!!!

Ni se gasten en contratarlos para algo, te debitan todos los meses la cuota, pero si te pasa algo y tienen que liquidarte ellos a vos nunca lo hacen, hace 5 meses estoy esperando para una resolución al robo que sufrí.

Es una estafa, ofecen la cobertura de tu celular en caso de siniestro, pero al momento de pagar lo que te corresponde te citan para evaluarlo, la persona que se encarga de evaluar el siniestro no te contesta , te citan y te dejan colgado. Esta bien elaborado para robarte 220 pesos al mes y no pagarte absolutamente nada.

por un error de ustedes me estaban cobrando un seguro de hogar por 23 meses , pedí la baja y el reintegro el 6/07/16 me canso de llamar haciendo el reclamo y al día de la fecha 17/08/16 todavía no tengo respuestas y cada vez que llamo me dan una contestacíon distinta ,espero tener una respuesta satisfactoria pronto , si no me vere obligada a iniciar acciones legales
