This place is a shame. For starters, apartments are under-equipped (no coffee maker, tea pot, pair of scissors, mugs). The AC stopped working after a few hours and nobody was able to help us as it was the weekend. Two days later, we were finally moved to another apartment, where the fridge was so loud we could barely sleep. Don't plan on using the "swimming pool" (really, a big jacuzzi), it's often too dirty to use and nobody really seemed to be maintaining it. To top it all off, we were forced out of our apartment 5 minutes after the check-out time by a "gentleman" who wouldn't even hold the door for us despite our 4 pieces of luggage because "he wasn't being paid to do that".
Overall, a terrible experience. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone.response / report this review -

Apartamentos acogedores, limpios y en buen estado. Ante cualquier problema solución inmediata. Ubicación excelente.
