  We had mistakingly purchased the wrong permit when we bought our tourist visa. We went to the imigration office to request a refund. As we do not speak Spanish, we were concerned about the difficulty to achieve this outcome.
  
  Overall, we found the staff very friendly , helpful and professional. In particular, Yasmin helped us with the language barrier and to complete the necessary documents in a timely manner.

  It was a terrible experience. They are extremely disorganized and staff very rude with foreigners in general. It was just to extend a tourist visa.

  If you don't speak Spanish, it might be a problem, but you're in Argentina so it's your problem.
  I went there to prolong my residency permit as a tourist and the employee treated me in a quite rude way. This is just my experience, it doesn't mean anything.

  Inside of the buildings the infraestructure is quite old, but there are suficient workers to not wait a long time to get someone to help you
