Good location, no restaurant, basic breakfast. Clean, helpful staff. Pretty good value

Although the staff were helpful and willing to accommodate requests or quick to.sort out issues over a 2 day stay I had 4 different rooms each had different issues from a faulty door, leaking Aircon and no water and all had pretty poor WiFi. The rooms are generally quite nice and clean.

Be careful very low security. The safe in my room was violated with 1000€ and 1000 Argentinian pesos. The safe was stolen without any room door and safe damage. There was no appropriate response from the management to the accident. I lodged a complain at the police who confirmed that this occured very often in this hotel. For more than 1.5 year I am waiting for a refund but no insurance, is taking this in account as the hotel has no cameras in the corridor and the door had not been broken. Not even an apology letter from the management. The director offered taxi drives and free meals and the only thing proposed after months of hard discussion is a compensation of 3 free nights. However, this did not cover the lost money for my beloved Latin America trip.

Incredibly run-down hotel. Our shower leaked and the handle on the window was broken. The location is fantastic, though.

The room I stayed in was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but had lots of choice.

Un hotel moderno con mucha falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. El personal de la mañana podrÃa ser un poco más amable y tener más disposición para solucionar problemas. No fue una buena experiencia. No voy a volver a hospedarme en este hotel.

Very basic hotel. The room was large and clean, but they never clean the balcony. The breakfast is just awful. If you can avoid it, please do. The wi-fi in the room was working only in the toilet :) But the staff is very nice and friendly.

Muy buen hotel. Excelente atención, lindas habitaciones. Lo que si el desayuno podrÃan mejorarlo y dejar algunas infuciones el resto del dÃa para tomar en la tarde y/o noche.

O hotel fica bem posicionado, quartos grandes, mas em uma semana de hospedagem não conseguimos tomar um banho quente sequer. É inÃcio de outono (de 18 a 25/3/17), imagina no inverno
Você deverá virar um picolé ou passar uns dias sujos. Credo.
Estamos em 2 apartamentos no 10 andar e não é um problema isolado de um quarto.

This hotel is a complete disgrace. The rooms are very dirty and even found bedbugs. Confronted customer service they shrugged and said they didn't know what they were. Never going to any Dazzler Tower hotel ever.
