This does not deserve even one Star! ATTENTION: FRAUD!! They pind scratchers on you and charge you 70 dollars for scratchers, which do not exist.
First: we booked via check24 and it said cactus was located on the Airport. After we landed we found out that cactus store was situated in Bariloche. The description is wrong and missleading.
Second: Problems with the return of the car. I have rented cars all over the world and I have never made such an experiencethe guy was checking the car and pretended to have found a scratcher. Before he checked it a very unfriendly and arrogant girl did it and I had the impression she wanted to "find" somthing. I just saw some dirt and told him first to clean the car. However, there was no room for a normal discussion. He insisted that we pay 70 dollars for this "scratcher". He showed us a video of the car, which could have been a random video of any car and on the video nothing was visible. There was no scratcher he just wanted to make additional Money.
Third: I booked an insurance that covered scratchers etc. Therefore, I asked this guy to send me an Invoice and an accurate description of this "Damage" that at least the 70 Dollars could be covered.he was very incooperative and I needed to insist on it.
All in all NEVER Cactus again: expensive, incooperative, bad located and money fishing.response / report this review -

I can only more than recommend this place! By far best price, best service and most caring guy in Bariloche. Matias is really making your car rental as easy and comfortable as possible. Next time again!

Excelente Servicio. El auto impecable; llegue y me estaban esperando en el aeropuerto, lo mismo al momento de le entrega. Creo que la mejor opcion para quien desee alquiar auto en bariloche! Muy recomendable.

Excelente lugar súper recomendable desde la chica que nos atendió que fue súper amable y simpatica en todo momento hasta el auto que nos dieron que no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema. Ls verdad súper agradecida!!
