  les recomiendo alquilar a CUALQUIER empresa menos a AVIS en Bariloche.
  Creería que la persona que nos atendió es el gerente de la sucursal (Gustavo) MUY descortés, impuntual, ineficiente. Llegamos un día con la reserva en mano y nos pidió reenviáramos el mail porque él no tenía nada para nosotros, el día de la devolución la oficina estaba cerrada (12:05, cierra 12.30) y al llamarlo con un PÉSIMO trato nos dice que la oficina cierra al mediodía. Nos hizo esperarlo casi una hora cuando teníamos el tiempo justo para almorzar algo y tomarnos un omnibus a San Martín. Con la mejor cara de orto, nos dice que él no tenía pautada la devolución para esa hora, le volvimos a mostrar el mail que él mismo nos pidió re enviáramos el día que retiramos el vehículo.
  Y como frutilla del postre nos exigió un pago de $3000 (160usd) por un "rayón" que le encontró, admito tenía una marca pero con cualquier pasta pulidora salía

  Te quieren cobrar rayones que ya tenía el auto. Aparte de querer cobrar el importe ya pago meses atrás. Tomar sus propias fotos

  This place is run by an idiot. We rented a car at Avis in Mendoza had our window smashed in a robbery in bariloche. Came to this office for advice and the guy said it was nothing to do with him because it was rented from a different office, so he couldn't help us. No courtesy, no common sense. He actually seemed pleased to hear we'd been robbed.

  DO NOT GET A CAR HERE! PLEASE READ. We rented a car here and on the same evening we were robbed in Bariloche - the car window was smashed in and all of our belongings taken. The staff at this office were completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. Later after reporting it to the police they informed us that the staff at this office are affiliated with criminal gangs targeting tourists - the Avis staff will pass on information about tourists who have rented their cars. Their associates will then search for the car and steal the tourists belongings- backpacks, cameras, iPads, wallets etc. It's an absolute joke that this place is still open.
  
  ¡NO CONSIGA UN COCHE AQUÍ! POR FAVOR LEE. Alquilamos un coche aquí y en la misma noche nos robaron en Bariloche - la ventana del coche fue aplastado y todas nuestras pertenencias tomadas. El personal de esta oficina era completamente antipático y poco servicial. Más tarde, después de denunciarlo a la policía, nos informaron que el personal de esta oficina está afiliado a bandas criminales dirigidas a turistas. El personal de Avis le transmitirá información sobre turistas que han alquilado sus coches. Sus asociados entonces buscar el coche y robar las pertenencias de los turistas - mochilas, cámaras, iPads, billeteras, etc. Es una broma absoluta que este lugar está todavía abierto.
