Cabana Las Lilas
What a fabulous place! The staff are extremely attentive and the food is without compare. The starters they bring you would be enough for a meal, the wine selection is extensive and the meat is tender and juicy. Planning another trip for dinner before heading home to Canada.

Yes, some will say that it's expensive but you're here for the experience as well as the food.

Before you start, you're presented with a glass of sparkling wine and a mixed plate of appetizers including salmon, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and baby mozzarella. Additionally there is cheese bread. Apparently all of this is optional as it's charged for at $110 per person but I'd suggest you enjoy it. If you finish it, they'll give you another plate without additional charge.

Of course, the meat is the main reason to be here and it's very good. Cooked exactly as ordered and nicely seasoned with salt. I'd forego the salads if you've enjoyed a plate or two of the appetizers.

At the conclusion of the meal there is also a complimentary plate of petit fours.

Inside has gentle air-conditioning but outside is very comfortable too.

Great restaurant at excellent location. Large variety of wines and drinks. Their specialty is the meat and it was wonderful. Half o portion serves well a person. Good service, great food, reasonable price (higher than the average). You can have a seat outside with a beautiful view or inside, with wood decoration. Highly recommend!

Yes everything is well done; service; seats; view; inside deco feels Cosy; perfect wine selection for all prices. Now for an expert point of view; meat could be taken to further directions; it’s good but can do better; budget to spend is considered moderate if coming from Europe. Manager is very attentive; thanking him here for the small details he placed together

An excellent place for a steak. The restaurant is modern and elegant and the staff are helpful and friendly. We had the rib eye for two and it was cooked to perfection with good seasoning and presentation. The wine list was setup regionally and had very good selections from around Argentina and surrounding areas. This place is not a casual place, so be prepared for a somewhat costly night out, but for a special occasion, very much worth it. The only mark against the experience is there were a lot of bugs outside on the deck late at night and was a nuisance.

One of the best in BA 4 of us had different steaks and all were superbly cooked and tasted lovely, one thing to watch dont order to many sides as what comes with mains is nearly enough.

Maybe not the cheapest but well worth the cost.

Amazon Kobe beef. Huge steak. Amazing service and amazing view from the La Plata River.

Great selection of meet and sides. Vast wine selection. And they service by the glass some really good options. This is a must go place.

You do pay a premium at this place, but you get excellent service and some of the finest steak. If you don’t have time to search for more reasonably priced restaurantsthis one is a good choice if you want to be guaranteed an excellent steak. Very fine wine list as well.

I don't eat meat but the grilled chicken was the best I've ever had. They clearly have a local following as there is a glass case full of privately-owned steak knives. 100% Argentine atmosphere with beautifully hand-carved bar stools and leather arm rests and chairs. There's a massive stainless steal parrilla behind a glass wall where all the grilling is done using the traditional method.

Ribeye was fantastic. We got a reasonable bottle of wine, could have been a little tastier. I'd recommend staying on the page of the wine menu with at least 2 wine glass symbols. Dessert was fantastic, got the lava cake. Probably shouldn't have split it, I could definitely have eaten a whole one :)

Came here for my birthday dinner with my Girlfriend. Food was incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The service is second to none! One of the best dinners I've ever had in any city!!

Great ambience. Ordered the Wagyu, ooo so salty. The waiter asked how it was i told him it was very salty and he went to replace it no questions (1/4 eaten). It was salty again. Waiter wanted to replace but i declined. Great service, but very pricey even for my rich tastes 🤗.

It wasn't a good as for the prices they charged. The restaurant is lovely, views outside were very nice of the harbour. We went for the T-bone steak, although I asked for rare it came medium to well done, my partner asked for his bife de chorizo, sirloin medium it came well done, although both steaks were very tasty and good quality. Salad was again nice if a little small, the potato chips were disgraceful and should never have left the kitchen, burnt offerings. The starter was delicious, lots of interesting items, the staff attentive but slow with the ordering. Wine list was huge, our wine was lovely. Free shots at the end of the meal. It's a nice restaurant just way overpriced, we don't mind paying for the best this was just average.

I was very pleased with our dinner at Cabana Las Lilas. The food was prepared well and the service friendly and well-paced. Since we were dining on the patio, I was having some problems with mosquitoes and the host kindly brought over some mosquito repellent for my use. I also enjoyed the after-dinner cordial of Limoncello and Grappa - a perfect finish to a delightful experience.

5 star food. 3 star service. Really amazing steak. All food made with very good quality ingredients and skillfully prepared. But despite the number of staff running around, the level of service is severely lacking. Be sure to have the grilled provolone and try the home made bread.
