A modest place to stay. It has only the necessary. Restaurant is not like advertisements of Ibis chain but the breakfast is good.

I didn't expect much from an Ibis as a budget hotel, but they gave me a room with a terrible view (face to face with an office building full of ACs motors), the amenities are very simple. But the worst is that it's been 2 days that only 1 elevator is working, for a 15 story building with 10+ rooms per floor, you can imagine the wait to move up and down the building.

friendly staff. Took me a week to get my finger nails clean again after staying here.
Quiet on higher floors. Breakfast was so so.

Clean and tranquil, perfect for budget business travel. Close to city Centre, but lots of homeless people in Plaza del congreso. Nothing bad happened to me, but better be careful with belongings. Breakfast was okay, yummy pastry and omelette but so-so fruit. Rooms a bit cold, air conditioning works only for cooling down not for warming up.

A very small and simple hotel, as it is the Ibis budget line. Comfortable; if you just need to sleep in a safe and cozy place, that's good enough. Location is fair and close to main transportation. Breakfast is very simple. The cheapest rooms don't have a mini-fridge. It's an ok place and give you a discount if you have their rewards card, which is free :)

Front desk staff does not know how to smile and not only lack customer service skills, but Alejandro never put through the 3 nights reservation I had personally made eleven days before. One of the elevators took about 10-15 seconds for the door to open one timeThe air conditioner in the room, barely kept us cool and they only provide two bath towels; no hand towels or wash clothes. The drapes in 1303 are falling off It's reasonably situated near Teatro Colon, the Obelisk, but be alert, when you leave the hotel and turn left, I saw about 15-20 young homeless males checking out the pedestrians.
