Terminal is well organized and looks good.
To get there is quite a mess due to construction on streets on the area. Approach with sone extra time if on peak hour ( ,his is temporary though)

On the vessel and in the Port of Colonia:
- lack of (or very poor) WiFi.
- Poor and expensive bars with no credit card acceptance and very bad exchange rate.
- very expensive duty-free shop on board.

Buenos Aires to Montevideo in Francisco Ferry (2:30 hours) great experience, the ferry is quiet and smooth but it's freezing inside due the air conditioner, you should take a coat before abording

They need a better system when boarding people onto their ships. Ships can be delayed up to an hour at times.

The high speed ferry to Montevideo is very convenient and takes around 2 h. -1 Star because they charge you for WiFi

If you are going from Buenos Aires to Montevideo, this is the best way to travel. The boats are big, steady (no sickness) and have a duty free shop inside. Recommended.

We travelled from Buenos Aires to Colonia. The service is fantastic. The boat is fast and there are drinks/snacks available on board.

A bit disorganised when it gets crowded but is ok. Bar and fast food service is expensive for what you get. But I've seen worse.

Great alternative to flights between Montevideo and Buenos Aires. No WiFi on boat which shocked me. No deck sightseeing. But good tvs and seats. Very fast quick smooth trip of 1 hr plus. Good depart and arrival times.
