The worst stay for me on the 6 continents I've visited. The worst things were the breakfast and cleaning. I gave the second star just for the nice interior and staff.
In the middle of Palermo within reach of any kind of gourmet and bar experience, you will find this gem of an hotel. Friendly service that goes far to answer to your questions and wishes, makes this place most recomendable.
The negative reviews must have stayed elsewhere! Could not fault room, service, breakfast and hotel facilities.
Great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is very good. The breakfast is tasty with pastries, juices, great coffee and they will cook your eggs just the way you want.
Rooms are nice and clean. Location is perfect if you want to party in Buenos Aires. The hotel staff is pretty good as well. They have a good breakfast spread including made to order items.
Kind staff, well situaded hotel, useless pool
Good for a couple of nights, for longer stays cleanness is not good
great
What a friendly place!
The staff have been very accommodating and the funky atmosphere in the lobby only enhances the convenience of the location!
They truly have a welcoming attitude and the staff from reception to housekeeping could not have been friendlier. Of the hotels I have used in BA, this is by far the friendliest!
The room was on the other side of the street, but nobody said us this information. The room was a bit old and you hear all the noises of the streets below. The breakfast wasn't so good.
Brilliant hotel in Palermo, very nice location, in a quieter part of Palermo, but 5 mins from all the bars and restaurants. Very friendly service, very comfortable and clean rooms.
I stayed at this Boutique hotel the first time I was in Buenos Aires. It's in a great location for restaurants and just walking around. The closest metro is probably a good 10-15 min walk so if you like exercise it's a great way to get a workout before you get on the train.
There's a large street that's in between this hotel and the other district in Buenos Aires that holds all of the retail shops. It's only a 10 minute walk but if you want to do more shopping, I would stay in that part of the city.
The staff at this hotel are super friendly and they all speak English and are ready to help you at any time. I asked them to hire me a cab on my way back to the airport and I forgot a shopping bag with two new pairs of shoes. I called the hotel to see if they could call the same company to have the cab driver bring my shoes back to the airport even though 10 minutes had already past and he was glad to help and I got my shoes back!! Amazing!
They also serve breakfast in the morning and it came with my hotel stay. If the weather is warm, you can also lay out on their rooftop pool.
I would definitely stay here again!
