What passion for the game must say that a LOT of European supporters and clubs could learn a thing or two about setting up the whole spectacle of a football match. The constant singing from the crowd was simply AMAZING and nothing like I have ever experienced.
This stadium is awesome! I is hard to rival the intensity of the stadium after a goal by River Plate, especially from one of the loved players
I'm member of this institution. The most beautiful stadium of Argentina and the second greatest soccer team.
This place is falling apart. How it can be safe for fans when matches are on defeats me. Is this really the same stadium that the great Argentina team of 1978 won the World Cup at? Disappointed after I was looking so much to visiting the place. I did the Stadium tour with Hernan who explained to me that the tour would be in Spanish. But he did try to convert to English for me. Not a patch on my tour earlier in the day to La Bombonera!
Another soccer's temple, but besides La Bombonera, this place needs to be fixed, some part of the temple are in a very bad shape. I understand that is River Plate stadium and all, but, if you consider this place a soccer temple, please invest some money on it. Sorry to say this, but La Bombonera looks lightyears better. The stadium/museum tour is around 200 ARG pesos and it includes the museum tour (sorry Boca, but this museum is way much better than yours) and walking in the stadium steps.
Un éxito
The best place on Earth for a sport event. River Plate is the best soccer team in the world.
Thr greatest club of argentina , river plate!!!
Amazing experience for football fans and not football fans too.
The best stadium and the best team in Argentina. El monumental is the homeplace of River Plate and the Argentina Football team.
Great place to watch a soccer game and rock concerts.
The grades, even the expensive ones, are far away from the pitch. There is a cold environment, people insulting own players, and the crowd is silent compared ti other ones in south america
Great stadium. Very welk done museum of River plate. Needs renovation as the 1st stadium for the national football team.
It's a MUST if you go to Buenos Aires. If you cannot go to a game at least visit the museum and take the stadium tour. Highly recommended.
Historic stadium. Might not be the best hincha but always a great experience to have.
The stadium is in a very nice neighborhood, clean and peacefulthe stadium itself is very well kept and pretty awesometo do a tour of the museum its about $169 pesos and museum plus stadium tour is $210 pesosbut worth it
Watched a great game of Colo-Colo against Club Atletico Cerro. The stadium offered good views of the action and some decent food options. Recommend a visit.
