A hotel with all the key qualities of a good hotel: clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. It's also tastefully decorated and has a restaurant with an excellent cuisine. Thursday and Friday events in the restaurant were a pleasant addition to my stay. Friendly and helpful personnel completed the picture and as a result, I can’t rate it less than 5 stars.

Incredibly clean and neat. Staff are the friendliest bunch who try to help you in every way they can. Breakfast is the best part. The beds are to die for and the bathrooms are a dream. Highly, highly recommended.

Boutique Style Hotel. Very Clean .We stayed on the 5th floor , very nice. Everybody was very nice. I really enjoyed the friendliness of all the workers!!! They are very organized and kind . The Front Desk was very helpful and everyone spoke English. There was a free Breakfast with amazing authentic Armenian bites and on Sat and Sunday as a added bonus ~~Champagne~~ you had that choice too! My Favorites the Cream Fruit Tart and the Boreks - There is a outdoor area that holds the Italian Restaurant and the Armenian Restaurant Anoush you can eat both Restaurants inside or out and ask for both menus. The room was nice . Bathroom was big.Small outside deck. Close to the last day we saw a rainbow from our window! Also a view to the side of Ararat. If you like a boutique style hotel that feels clean and cozy this one is for you..I hope someday I can visit and stay in this Nice Hotel again.

My favourite hotel in Yerevan so far. I've been to other hotels in the same category. This one is quieter, the decoration is nicer but more importantly the employees are just so helpful !

Very nice reception, perfect cuisine specially breakfast buffet ( excellent selections which changes daily) and room service. Rooms are spacious and have excellent view of republican square and mount Ararat. Very friendly staff.

The staff was excellent, the location could not be beat and the room was nice, roomy, clean and quiet. There were 4 adults and we were not cramped. Water was provided daily. Free wifi. The breakfast I was really pleasantly surprised it was a very nice breakfast that came with the room price that offered a lot of good variety and great tasting. Every staff member was very polite and conscientious. You cannot beat this hotel especially for the price. Very close to museums, Republic Square, shops and nightlife just a couple blocks away.
