A very comfortable and well located place close.to restaurants and bars within walking distance to most attractions in the city centre. Great value for money, no need for taxi. Staff are uber friendly willing to help and guide you in anyway possible. Breakfast is included and it's very decent. I would recommended to the traveller looking for a comfortable yet affordable place to rest your head.

I don't recommend !!!
I have been checked so many hotels in yeravan, Now I believe this is the best one with its price,I have been staid both in my hotel & in my apartment, it is very comfort , clean,best location &very good staff.
However I do not recommend this hotel to any body because I afraid that there will be no Room available for me at the next trip !!!response / report this review -

Excellent price/quality with convenient location for the main sights. The four-person apartment is great for families with the attic providing some (limited) privacy.

For this price it is superb place. Room is spacious and modern, well maintained. Service is very helpful and friendly, prices in the bar affordable. The only minus goes for a surrarounding of the hotel, lack od elevator and limited breakfast selection.

I booked this place assuming it was a hotel with the amenities of a hotel only to get confirmation after my payment was taken that I would actually be staying in an apartment a ways away from the hotel. I asked for a refund and to cancel my reservation and they agreed. That was back in February 2017. It is now July and I have NEVER received my refund. This place is crooked don't book here!

Excellent rooms, Location and helpful Staff. But the undermentioned 4 things putting it down.
1. The direction to hotel is put from back side and Cars can't reach the hotel from that side. We had to take a turn around to reach the hotel.
2. No lift. So you have to use stairs to reach your room.
3. Hot water kettle is not clean. Each kettle has a layer of a white particles sitting at bottom and comes up while you put water inside. Time to change or clean the kettle but reception does not accept it. They suggest us to use that water for kids and claims that the kettles are still ok to use.
4. Complementary water or tea/ coffee is only for 1st day of your stay. 2nd day onwards it's chargeable. This is against the common practice of hotels who give it complimentary for all days.
If they take care of these factors I would prefer to stay here again next time and recommend to my friends too. Else no.response / report this review -

Great hotel, polite, kind and helpful staffs. English dominant staffs which is not common in Armenia. The location is good. 15 minutes walking to republic square. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good, clean and appropriate. Everything was good and I liked it. I felt like at home although i don't know why before requesting, there was not a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room :) and if the TV could get satellite channels, it would be extraordinary since all the local channels were broadcast in Armenian Language. Wifi was good. The hotel is cozy and nothing disturbs you. So i highly recommend it.

Если хотите спокойно работать, не слышать городского шума, находиться почти в ценре города - выберите My Hotel Yerevan. Персонал вежливый, завтрак разнообразный, номера и удобства в них чистые и т.д. Соотношение качество - цена отличное.

The hotel staff are very nice. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good for a 3 star hotel.
