Room is clean & staffs are patient. Pillows are overly too soft it’s difficult to sleep & aircon is not cold enough so need to open windows as wind is cooler.
Swimming pool with jacuzzi which is good as & it’s big!

My review concerns food only. Everything is concentrated on food design, but not the taste. The quality of row products used for making the hot dishes was low, and the taste was far away from being good and professional.

A hotel that pretends to be luxurious never makes scream of mediocre music until midnight. Above all, it is a huge disrespect towards its clients, not to mention the inhabitants of the surrounding buildings.

The toilet on the first floor was very dirty, very smelly it was like forgotten dirty subway. but the rest of them and especially restaurant on the 7th floor was very nice, very clean, service was very nice, food was not perfect but ok, chicken and the fish lost their juiciness.

Amazing place for all occasions and stay, outstanding service provided by highly experienced staff. Organic food freshly prepared and served by their professional and friendly staff to the table at both restaurants Adastra and Larder was great with unforgettable taste.
We received great care and outstanding high quality service by the Hotel General Manager Mr. Zaharans & highly professional and skilled staff, that is truly indicative to world class business standards. This is our small token of appreciation regarding overall great experience and unforgettable vacation. I'd like to mention that our family's first choice for our next planned vacation will be this hotel since we used their services considering them as a benchmark in terms of providing high level of comfort and safety, that was the major reason that we've extended our stay here. We were impressed of quality service provided by the Larder and Ad Astra restaurants staff. Special thanks to Artur Yesayan- the Chef at Larder and Ad Astra restaurants, Robert Alaverdyan, Narek Alexanyan, Hrant, Abraham, Eduard, David, Gevorg, Suren (from the Lounge Bar) as well as to the reception desk team members Narek Gabuzyan, Martin, Andranik and front office friendly staff, whose dedicated service, loyalty, professionalism and special attention indeed exceeded our expectations. Radisson Blu Hotel have fully dedicated and loyal team of highly skilled General Manager and staff always committed to providing rapid responsiveness and quick turnaround to all service requests. We've been offered the highest level of hotel hospitality and restaurant customer service. We all are very busy with work and hardly get a chance to relax, at Radisson Blu Hotel in Yerevan if you can't relax and enjoy-it's your fault.
The hotel location with an incredible view, excellent service, all amenities, the Larder park, the Terra SPA, swimming pool, gym, the lounge bar, room service, fresh and delicious food top quality and overall value for everything is great, that may seem surprising. I'm so excited by the talented hairstylist Kristina at the Terra SPA, she is amazing. There have been many instances when Kristina has gone above and beyond her duty as our hairstylist. She is extremely professional and great to work with. Kristina not only gave us a natural looking, but a great hairstyle. The color/bleach Kristina used didn't damage my hair, she has a special method and a professional approach that prevents you from looking streaked. What an artist, my only regret is that I didn't know about Terra Spa earlier. Thanks to Arpi and staff for sweet and family atmosphere. Indeed, Radisson BLU is one of the top quality hotels in Yerevan. Luxury comes at a price, but when you're staying at one of the best top quality hotels in the world, that price is worth it.
At Radisson Blu Hotel in Yerevan you can get the most with favorable experience. The room service, housekeeping, bell hops, exceptional cleanliness made us comfortable. I'd like to mention our housekeeper's name, Hripsime Barsegyan, who was particularly very attentive and helpful, her exceptionally accurate service was above and beyond regular service.
The Hotel interior and exterior decorations were attractive and modern, but not overdone.
The General Manager's clockwise team work style was exceptional and exemplary indicative to a successful businessman. His high intellectual level and aristocratic approach to us and all other guests that Atis Zaharans came in contact with was impressive and unparalleled, as a GM, Mr. Zaharans is always committed to excellence maintaining the highest level of customer service, rest assuring that all guests and visitors are surrounded by family and relaxing atmosphere, filled with heartwarming care and special attention. You'll find yourself surrounded by very attentive, motivated and highly professional staff at the front office under the leadership of the General Manager Mr. Atis Zaharans. Thank you for the great experience we received staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Yerevan. We extended our stay for more than a month having a wonderful and joyful vacation. This is where you can get the most staying at the five star luxury hotel and served by highly qualified five star management and staff.
We have already decided to return to this wonderful hotel for our next vacation in Yerevan, which will be next year. As a frequent traveler, journalist/freelancer (Washington, D.C. based) as well as a travel agent, I have recommended the Radisson Blu Hotel In Yerevan to all my colleagues, friends and family.
