We been in Yerevan for the first time and we are so impressed with the hotel, all are nice and friendly people. We love the greetings and smile of the reception, the chef who preparing our food during our stay and all the staff who assisting us. The place are very comfortable and walking distance to shopping spot and restaurant and all are cheap compare in Dubai. I would love top comeback and stay again in this hotel. 2 thumbs up with this neat hotel!

Very friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located, the Cascade Hotel is a short walk to the Cascade Monument and the central business district of Yerevan, which is highly convenient.

Firstly the hotel is located in the middle of the city,next to the cascade,thats the only plus point.Other than that the hotel rooms are really tiny.Breakfast options were not up to the mark.

Newly renovated and warm welcoming staff. Great location. But the AC constantly suffers problems and the hotel wasn't prepared with backup ventilation. Room service was also a letdown.

Very modern and clean. In a very good location near cascade but still quite as it is set back slightly from main road/ area. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.
