  Արուճը վաղ միջնադարյան հայկական նշանավոր տաճարներից է, կառուցվել է 7-րդ դարում։ Եկեղեցին շատ մեծ չափեր ունի, գրեթե ամբողջովին կանգուն է, բացի գմբեթից, որ չի պահպանվել։ Տաճարը ներսից պատված է եղել որմնանկարներով, որոնք գրեթե ամբողջովին ոչնչացել են։ Եկեղեցու շրջակայքը հնավայր է։ Արուճի տաճարը մոտ է M1 Երևան-Գյումրի մայրուղուն և անպայման արժե այցելել։

  Huge and impressive! It was built in the seventh century by an Armenian prince Grigor Mamikonian.
  The church resembles the Ani cathedral.
  Though it has no dome, it is still beautiful. I remember there were many ravens on the roof they were very annoying and depressive.
