A National Park where you can be amazed by the high rocky mountain view. Cultural and historical sites. A place to get to know deeply Albanian traditions and culinary. Friendly hosts.

buetifull nature park the mountains are buetifull. Here you can find a lot of possibilities to hike. There are several waterfalls and watermills which is interesting to see. The lock up tower also can be visited. It is not easy to travel into Thet, there is no concrete road till the village. It can be made with normal car in good weather conditions if you have some experience to drive such a condition. Or you have to use a bus service or hire a jeep to get in the Theth valley.

- Theth is a great place to go to
- Don't go their on your own, honestly you just lose money and time - get a guided tour there or a bus and enjoy the road as it's magnificent
- In Theth you should definitly visit the cultural sites like the "Kulla e Ngujtimit" which relates to bloodfeud and is very very interesting.
- The nature is magnificent and perfect to take photos for your new profile picture on Facebook
- There is a Blue-Eye spring there which is very cold but amazingresponse / report this review -

Getting to Theth is a challenge. The last 15 km took us 2 hours with our 4 wheel drive. However, once there, the scenery is breathtaking and if you are into hiking the place to be in the Albanian alps. There are maybe 10 places in the valley which accept campers and also offer rooms. No facilities or stores however so bring what you need.

Gorgeous nature, still rather quiet with not too many tourists. Requires some preparation to find tour way and to do the good hikes. But if you do this, it is definitely to be recommended!

Amazing 8 hour hike from Valbone to Thethi .. astonishing views, near pristine ecosystem filled with an array of wildlife and flora. Manageable and well marked. No guide or map needed. Thethi itself was beautiful - very rustic.. complete with one of the last remaining blood towers. Highly recommended!

Interesting but not very popular place. Worth to see but beware of rogue bus drivers. They don't see difference between 15 and 50€.
