Certainly no way close to a five star resort. Not worth the money paid for. Utilities not fully functional, had to ask to prep the spa well in advance to use it. Breakfast and dinner literaly the same served for three days in a row (doubt it was just reheated).
Rooms were spacious clean and neet.
Service terrible! They have no cancellation policy, the owner decides on case by case basis or mood basis!response / report this review -

One of the most unexpected places in Albania. Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff and superb facilities. Incredible spa.

Went there to have a lunch, everything was very disappointing, first of all if you're very hungry, you might even die, cause you had to wait for ages for the dishes to arrive; secondly, make sure that the dish you order is the same with the one displayed in the menu (I ordered salmon tartar with pineapple and oranges, and it came only with an unripe kiwi); the pasta and the sauce is bought at the nearest cheapest store in the area; the sea food is not fresh at all, and on the top of this, the prices are the most expensive in the area and are not at all justified. One final word for the staff : willing to help but yet very confused and with no idea how to satisfy the client.

Great service and good food, however only 4* because they have a lot to learn when it comes to a complaint. They do not know how to handle that and let you pay for something that you not really want but they can"t provide you with something else.

Me and my husband spent a wonderful week in hotel in august 2016. Stuff was friedly and helpfull. Food was excellent and room also. Greetings from Ljubljana, Slovenia.
