  Keep calling and they hang up. Power kept going out every 15 minutes and it's been really bad for my business. 0 help and when they do answer the call, they are incredibly rude. I wish there was a 0 star option

  As always in Albania when we have problem there is no support, there is nobody to answer and even when they answer they do not talk. Why we pay them for electricity we do not have. How is it possible that their support does not work 24/7? Albania just sucks.

  The operators of the service client are uneducated, unable to speak in a formal, language, use offensive language eventhough I am a rightful client with ful rights to be informed properly. I must say the information given was too vague and not clear. The operator was shouting at the phone and this shows a very week service! Shame on you, and the people you try as operators to be in front line.
