  Extrem unfriendly staff, rooms very dirty, very loud, ugly pool, damaged furniture, reception denied to do room change, even when hotel is nearly empty. Dinner not tasty, Service is a mess. I changed the hotel after 1 night.

  AVOID this hotel. it's max 2 stars. unfriendly staff, no fridge in the room, broken equipment in the room, no water in the pool, too expensive. breakfast was good.

  Jacuzzi and swimming pool are not working even if written that they have. Welcome drink and late checkout in my reservation refused. Shower broken. Staff doesnt understand basic English request. Not a 5 stars, just 2-3. AVOID !!!

  The rooms are clean more or less.The staff are bored.
  The chambermaids are untidy. Sometimes we did not get toilet paper just when we asked for it.
  Do not order full service because the restaurant's menu is boring.
  Not a good value for money.
  Three dishes follow each other: pork, chicken and fish and no choice.
  But Vlora's restaurants are cheap and fantastic.

  Excellent service. Pricey for Albanians but average for foreigners.
