Horrible customer service. How waiter was rude and we had to constantly remind him to bring us the food we ordered. The food was of low quality with ingredients that were not country fresh. The tomatoes seems as if they were made red though hormones. No taste what so ever and small potions. The linguine with seafood was from packed ingredients. The only thing decent was the rooms, though the bathroom was of poor quality.

Nice hotel. They can provide the transport from Airport Tirana to them. Great service and their restaurant is too great.

This hotel totally sucks, it is far away from the Four Stars pretended on the logo. To be quite sincere it is a 100 % disappointment. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is seeking for a nice and well organized Hotel by the beach in Vlora.
