  Very good customer service. I needed an essential toiletry item and the hotel attendant went out of his way to secure it for me. The next morning transportation was provided courtesy of the hotel to take me to the airport even though transportation was not part of the package. The hosts go out of their way to accommodate their guests.

  Very nice, clean hotel with modern furnishings/fixtures and friendly staff. Hotel Verzaci's rooms are simple but comfortable; it's perfect for overnight stays at TIA. Compared to other nearby airport hotels, Verzaci is a little further from the terminal (just about an eight-minute walk), but it's a much cheaper, quieter option.

  Not fancy but Nice! Our first room the AC didn't work but they put us in a better room with great AC! Friends recommended this place and so will I (specially if you want to save money)

  It's a decent hotel for the price range. The receptionist speaks fluent English and their services are available 24/7. Views from the hotel room windows are good. The WiFi doesn't work in rooms. You need to go to the corridors to access internet.

  It was decently clean and comfortable. It is a family owned hotel, and the son was very attentive and helpful. If you're used to Albanian hotels in this price range, you will find it perfectly fine. If you're used to more chain hotels and require that level of professionalism, you might not like it here. I had a decent spaghetti in the restaurant for only 250 lek!

  Een hotel waar ik regelmatig heb overnacht. De meeste medewerkers (familie ?) spreken geen of nauwelijks Engels. Zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een "ontbijt" in de vroege morgen bestaat uit een kop koffie en een verpakte koek. Later in de morgen (normale tijd voor ontbijt) is er een uitgebreider aanbod, maar nog steeds niet ruim.
  De menukaart voor een eventueel diner is niet uitgebreid, maar levert een prima maaltijd op.
  Kamers zijn ruim, maar niet ruim voorzien,
