  I was more than happy with my day-use stay at the Hotel Airport Tirana. Close to the terminal, transfers to/from the hotel were flawless and friendly, comfortable room, good wi-fi, helpful front-desk staff. Rooms at front with good balconies and evening sunset also overlook the airport though the noise is not too intrusive.everything was OK.

  Very nice airport hotel with various amenities. Offer breakfast from 3am and a free airport shuttle. Friendly staff.

  The hotel is confortabe clean in front of the airport 5 minute walking but they have a shuttle bus service

  Hotel Eccellente, tutto perfetto! Struttura nuova con piscina, giardino ristorante e tutti i comfort possibili. Personale cordiale e disponibile in un ambiente elegante e accogliente. Sentiti complimenti ai gestori e tutto il personale.

  Absolutely terrible. The staff here is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff at this hotel is extremely rude and unhelpful. The AC in our room did not work- the bellboy turned it on for us when we arrived in the room. A couple hours later the room was even warmer. Another bellboy came to help and left for the 'control room' but we never heard back from him. I called the front desk again in hopes of switching rooms and was told the AC was fine but would have to wait a couple hours for it to cool down. This never happened. The next morning I complained to the front desk about this issue. I tried to get the front desk lady to accompany to the room so I could show here the thermostat. She refused and sent a bellboy to check it. She began speaking over me and claiming that it was my fault not hers. After I checked out, I received an email from the manager claiming that it was my fault because I had the heat on. Again, the bellboy had set the thermostat for me and promised it would work. The 'snowflake' was displayed at all times and I am certain that when the bellboy checked the AC he changed it to heat. The staff never tried to help me and then ended up lying to me. I highly recommend you stay at the Best Western, which is just down the road.
