Good location but no free bottled drinking water provided

Only went to the rooftop for the view and a drink. Friendly staff and view was good, but sun visors in the way on the main view.

It's not a 4 star hotel as advertised. 3 star by western European standards. I asked to be charged in Euros and was quoted 75 euro a night. When I got home it was over 80 euro as they charged in local. Epic fail for me despite hotel being central and clean
