  Very small room for four persons. Toilet without seat! Nearly no hook to hang towels etc on, yet clean.
  Breakfast ok, coffee from machine with a Nescafe taste, juice was rather soft drink.

  This is one of the old and typical houses of one of the two most old neighborhoods,located ine the beginning of a beautiful cobblestone road that brings you to Berat Castle.
  The rooms have an old design and architecture, with wood furniture (like table, windows, beds, chair) combined with all the necessities of an hotelroom.They are very clen and quiet, and the view of the city,river and hills is amazing.
  The owners are very nice and polite people,willing to help and give recommendantions of what to see and where to eat in the city.
  The breakfast is abundant in relation to other breakfasts in turistic cities in Albania.

  Laissez vous charmer par ce lieu et ses propriétaires (familial).
  L accueil est chaleureux. Le père vous gare votre voiture le parking est quelque peu pentu.
  Nous avons eu des renseignements sur la ville, les resto
  Paiement en euro accepté
  Chambre est de bonne qualité. Literie un peu dure.

  Ace hotel. Friendly staff (even parked our car for us taking away the challenge of reversing up a tight road!) Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was included and is taken on a roof terrace that afford beautiful views. Highly recommended.

  Really great location, lovely decor - very friendly family run hotel. Highly recommended - they really take care of you! For example the streets of Berat are very steep and narrow - the owner came and met us on the main road and parked our car in the hotels parking. The whole experience was very relaxing!

  Staff rude and unhelpful had to leave early . The bed was brick hard , staff refused extra bedding. Worst customer service ever.. do not stay here.. December 2016..

  Hôtel rustique super charmant et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner se prend sur une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la ville un peu plus loin.

  Probably the friendliest experience in all of Albania! Just don't freak out when you arrive and see where you must park on a 45 degree tiny stone path right next to the building.
  
  The owner is happy to back your car up the impossibly tight path for you and does it like a champion!
  
  They open the door for you whenever possible. Rooms are clean, simple and nice.
  
  Breakfast is really great, large assortment of items, and they just bring it out to you, no need to order.
  
  Book here and you won't be disappointed.
  
  If you like dogs, you can ask to see Spike, he was a cute white puppy when we were here in August, might be a big dog by the time you arrive!
