+ prices low as usual
+ fluffiest dog i have ever seen at the entrance (sleeping most of the time)
+ enough tables inside and outside on the terrace with view over the city

Great hotel, friendly staff, old Ottoman house. Make sure you try some of the raki at the bar, they have 15 different types of raki. Highly recommended.

It was really fantastic experience. Cause i take meal at the restaurant , the waiter’s service was so nice . He make happy me and my girl friend . We ate well the meal too . Thanks to the waiter. If i can , i want go one more time .

Greatly located right at the bottom of them fortress and on the edge of the old and new town. The fact offer two restaurants. The outdoor one with open terrace has amazing views over the old city. The food is delicious and cheap. The staff is super friendly.

Friendly service at the bar. Nice and very authentic environment along. It is considered a hot spot bar for the foreign tourism.

Super friendly staff, always here to help or find solution.
Baby friendly place also : they have a baby chair.
The room 8 is very nice with an outdoor terrace. At night it can be a little bit noisy.
The shower is very good.
They do have a parking.

Very overated. Only one veggie dish and no fish. That's fair enough, but the food was bland, salad was just lettuce, bread was stale and chairs were uncomfortable. Staff lovely though.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff, attentive, speaking various foreign languages. Restaurant perfect, food very tasty, waiters can tell you stories about dishes and history of Albania.

This was the best hotel we stayed in Albania. Very spacious and comfortable room, the staff was very welcoming and helpfull, with great views in the restaurant and also great food. They also provided a good map of Berat and suggested what to see. The hotel is in two reconstructed Ottoman houses but with all the modern confort. Highly recommended

The food is a way over expectations, great cottage cheese, even better stuffed aubergine. 'Berat Schnitzel' is one of the best i've ever had. Unfortunately missed the lamb liver and kidney, should come back! The rooftop is perfect for rominite.
