Really bad service uncomfortable beds l.

Our stay in Ksamil was really nice, with the exception of the rooms of Dhoma Plazhi Koti.
The hosts simulated of not understanding any of the languages we speak, but they seemed understand very well when we're talking about problems they caused us:
-The first day despite booking and the deposit, they gave us only one room for four people (instead of the agreed two rooms, 2 + 2), claiming immediately the final balance and, incredibly, without subtracting the second chamber from the total.
-The cleaning of the rooms did not happen even once:
The hosts came inside the room during our stay only to turn off the air conditioning while we were at the supermarket.
-The kitchen does not exist. It is just a big gas cylinder with a single stove.
To complete the experience, we were treated as during an high school trip, looked.
