Terrible experience. We booked an apartment. Interior was fine although a/c was not cooling properly. We used the swimming pool as the staff told us we were allowed to. The night was terrible. We could hear everything from the hallway and all apartments around us. Very loud people. Around 1am we went to the reception and the morning after as well. Our problems were not taken seriously and upon request of compensation for the awful night the staff told us rudely we should be lucky we had used the pool as this was not part of the booking. The staff did not believe we heard otherwise from the staff the day before. Prices were as high as in Europe, but the service far from high. The private beach is not true, it's from someone else and you have to pay for it.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Saranda with the best swimming pool natural salt water and no chlorine! The view of the coastline is amazing from the seating on the shaded terrace. Restaurant meals are nicely prepared with a varied menu and the waiters and waitresses are polite and helpful. At the moment this is a location that not many people have discovered, I am a bit hesitant to give it such a good review because I don't like the crowds so much and I want it all to myself! So please don't come here!!!

Great staff that helps you with everything, option of either pool or swimming in the ocean. Rooms cleaned daily. Pool bar that also serves warm meals. And the people working at the hotel are so nice and serviceminded, as well as friendly.

Отличный отель для семейного отдыха. В номерах чисто, мебель новая. Хозяева и персонал очень приветливые. Отличная кухня. Цены демократичные.
