Had a lovely time at Zemi Beach House. Staff were exceptional. Rooms were great. Loved the food. We went on a whim and were glad we did. Hotel
is situated on a great beach with snorkeling and a few beach restaurants to walk to. We rented a car from Andy’s car rental, which was also seamless. Took the ferry over to Saint Martin for the day which was easy and fun. Our favorite restaurant on the island is Tasty’s! We checked Four Seasons. We prefer this property. Don’t hesitate to book Zemi and explore Anguilla!

Food Allergy Safe Haven. Thank you Zemi for a wonderful stay. The Zemi team is fabulous. They listen, they act and deliver exceptional care in every aspect. Our family has numerous food allergies and Chef Emmanuel took the time to meet us at the time of arrival. Setting the stage for relaxing and safe stay. Everyone from Guest services, to the Restaurant staff, Beach side staff, House Keeping to Front Office took the time to get to know you. Even the Owners of the hotel were approachable. You really felt like you were among friends. We can't wait to go back as Zemi is now family! Thank you for the wonderful memories! And those going soon...book a spa treatment. Well worth it!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Zemi House. The resort is thoughtfully laid out making everything very convenient and easy. The staff is outstanding and so was the food. Special thank you to Damien who was very attentive with beach service. We will definitely visit Zemi House again

This was our second stay Zemi Beach House. It felt like coming home. We love this place!! From the pristine water, food, drinks, rooms, and such friendly staff we were treated like royalty. They anticipated our every need. So great seeing our old friends Hector, Michael, Tiffany, Alicia, Mavis, Stacy, Princess, Uniqua and Trevor. They all are great! Loved the buffet breakfast and the lady who made the omelets…awesome. We had fun at the Caribbean night and the Managers meet and greet was very nice also. We will be returning next year at the same time! Hope to see everyone then!

It would be very difficult to compete with the stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the gorgeous attention to detail in every corner of Zemi Beach, but the staff of Zemi Beach have managed the impossible. The service at this resort comes first as a reason to come back. My husband and I were so well taken care of at every moment of our six day stay last week by the staff at this lovely hotel. I can see no reason to choose another hotel for a Caribbean vacation. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, going out of their way to make sure our time at Zemi was as good as it could be. Superb. We will be back:)

We went to the day spa while on our honeymoon the hotel accommodations were gorgeous. I would forgo the spa though. My husband was happy with his experience.
I got the sun treatment. It was by far the most expensive and least enjoyable massage I have ever received. It felt very rushed and while receiving a scalp massage I started to develop a headache.

We went here for the food and few times and 9 times out of 10 it was really good. My wife likes the fish tacos. They're usually pretty small so we have to order two plates. She also likes the churros that they have for dessert. The hummus is good along with the different salads. The mixed drinks are always nice especially when you get to see the view of Shoal Bay - World's Best Beach!

    Zemi Beach House was fabulous!
They made sure getting to and from Anguilla on the ferry was fast and efficient! The resort is amazing and looks even more stunning at night.

The pools are unique as for there design and the two settings, one on the beach and one more secluded tucked away in the middle of the beautifully landscaped resort.

We loved the fact Zemi was just the right size. Not crowded, private yet not secluded. Beauty abounds everywhere from the well designed rooms with some amazing views we got upgraded for our anniversary to a Penthouse with a Rooftop pool! It was over the top! I was gleaming the entire stay! We felt that everything was laid out well on the property. Very easy to navigate around and in close proximity. Gym, spa and the Tennis court all very nice!

The food was good and the entire staff were very genuine and helpful.

Highly recommend you won't be disappointed!

Thank you Zemi for a great stay!!

I am giving this place a 2 out of 5 stars based solely on the atmosphere, decor, and view. For such a beautiful place I was sadly disappointed by the lack of service and attentiveness one would expect from such a place. My sister & I decided to come here for my birthday after an entire day of traveling. We walked up to the bar area outside and asked if we need to be seated and the bartender told us you may sit anywhere so we sat at a table a few feet from the bar. Another couple was sat near us and their server began waiting on them from the moment they sat down. We were ignored for over 15 minutes. We had no menus. When someone finally came over to us and asked if we had menus they also asked if we were hotel guests. We were not. Another 5 minutes goes by until we receive menus. Then another 10 more minutes later a young lady asks us if we want drinks and we order them and ask a question over the menu. She doesn't know, but will find out for us. Which is fine, but no one comes to talk to us again for a few minutes. When a server eventually comes and speaks to us about ordering food it has been over 35 minutes since we sat down. We ordered our food and the server did bring me some gluten free bread which was very nice of her. When we got our entrees they brought only my sister's food. Then she waited until I received mine to eat hers. No one came and checked on us for over 20 minutes. Her pasta salad was so hard it was inedible. Not al dente. Hard! I wanted another glass of wine... no one asked. When a completely different server came by we asked for my wine and the check and told her about the pasta she took it away and brought the check and the wine. A gentleman that we assumed was the manager was walking around the restaurant during our entire experience. He never once touched our able or made eye contact with us or came by when we indicated there was a problem. My sister and I left without dessert and she left hungry after only eating a few bites of the protein on top of her salad.

I have worked for a very nice hotel in Dallas for almost 7 years. I understand that the hotel guests are important , however, we treat outside guests with the same respect and service that we do to our in house guests because they chose to spend their time and money at our establishment. I was appalled by the way we were treated. I have never written a bad review about a restaurant or hotel, but this experience really upset me. The table beside us never wanted for anything and yet we were treated as if we didn't matter. The worst part is I wanted to enjoy this it was my birthday and I was visiting my sister in paradise! I wanted to have a couple more glasses of wine, some dessert, and enjoy your lovely views.

To top all of this off ya'll were not busy or under staffed. I watched a bartender and two servers lean against the bar and chat ten feet away from us almost our entire meal & I didn't get up and say something because I thought it would get better without me having to say something. Thankfully the Four Seasons and Cuisine Art were extremely attentive so I would recommended them over Zemi Beach.

Beautiful Resort! Loved the beach bar. The rum room is classy. The pool area at night is a stunning sight! Not sure who the "satellite DJ" was, but the music definitely helped you find your Zen in the water!

There are not enough words to express my love of the Zemi Beach House Spa and their Spa Team. I have travelled globally and experience many of the "world renown" spas and not one spa can touch the experience, people and services provided by Zemi Beach House Spa. The word that best describes the spa is an "experience" - simply stated. From the beautiful facilities to the original Thai Houses imported to the island in the 80's to the refreshments and spa team.

Facilities - Unique and Pleasant - Many spas boast the beautiful facilities yet once you get past the lounge and common areas you are shuffled into small dark rooms for your individual services. Not at Zemi - each service suite is located in a original Thai House and equipment with wash rooms, showers, and any equipment needed for your entire visit. The Thai House provides a beautiful and authentic Thai experience for the clients.

Service Menu - Simple Yet Provides Variety - Typically I have run into spas with "treatment packages" that do not provide services that make sense. With Zemi each package and special service is a well-rounded thought out experience (yes there's that word again). The menu has a variety yet remains simple allowing the team to be well-trained in each service.

The Team - Welcoming and Responsive - Anguilla is known for its hospitality, seeing that many West Indies countries are not very pleasant to the non-belongers. However, in keeping with Anguillian culture and the professional demeanor of the Spa Team in general, Zemi has excellent client service. I have frequented the spa once a month this year and I am welcomed by familiar faces each time and addressed by name and smiles each time. This family feeling makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The Team is professional, communicate with you as the client quickly and never push products or unnecessary services on you. They are simply providing a relaxing and escape from the mundane.

The Bathe Ritual - If Offered Take Advantage - The bathing ritual offered an hour prior to your services is well worth the time. It starts with a 20 minute meditation in the Hamman (Turkish) beautiful designed in white marble with views to the gardens and blue sky's of Anguilla. Then you are escorted to the shower and treatment area, whereabouts choice from a salt scrub or mud detox body mask. You will apply those of these body treatments and then shower. After this you are moved to the body temperature splash pool that has river stones on the bottom designed to provide a pressured foot massage. From that point your body is prepped to experience the individual services above in the Thai Houses that over look Shoal Bay East, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Overall I give Zemi Beach House Spa a 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. I will continue to frequent the spa. I would also like to individually aknownledge the team - Janesha, Somalia, Princess… They make every visit special! Even if you are staying on the west side of the island, Zemi Beach House Spa is worth the drive. You will not regret it!

This place is amazing! Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beach was amazing, the food was spot on and had a wide variety of cocktails. We stayed in the two bedroom beachveiw suite and it was fantastic. The private roof top pool stole the show with panoramic views of all of Anguilla! Can't wait to go back

Wonderful experience, excellent food, gracious, friendly people. What more could we ask for. Each and every person on the staff went out of their way to make our time at Zemi Beach decadent. In particular, Calvin and Etalia could not have done more to make sure everything was exceptional. We are looking forward to returning.
