  Mrs. Kendisha Hall-Prentice Culinary Arts class of the ALHCS Food Production night entitled 'Fusion Culinaire'. Sunday evening at Flavours showcased the many talents of the students developed over the past two years. The production staff ( back of the house students) assisted by teacher Mrs. Kendisha Hall-Prentice and chef Kevin Paul gave the guest a gastronomic experience of a life time. The delectable meals that were served with efficiency and confidence by the service staff ( front of the house students). These students met and exceeded the expectations of all guest. This was concluded by the excellent remarks they received. These students were given the opportunity to function in a real restaurant setting and for this they were greatfull. We expect nothing but greatness from these aspiring chefs and restaurant managers.
