Parents and guardians who have not yet done so are kindly asked to collect the reports of their children and wards from Campus B of the ALHCS during the working hours of 8.00 a.m. to 12 noon and 1.00 p.m to 4.00 p.m. It would be appreciated if all reports could be collected by 31 December, 2019.
Too many reports remain at the School at the end of each term. This should not be the case.

Our three-day conference is over and can be considered as a great success. The 6th formers were welcomed, acknowledged and commended for their presence from day 1 by Premier Banks through day 3 by the Director and Deputy Director of the AFSC.
They learned so much and were able to network with the industry professionals both locally and regionally. Students met with the ECCB Compliance rep from SKB; Legal Counsel from the Barbados, FSC; Regulators from Surinam; Directors and Company Managers locally. They have been given free membership to join the Anguilla Compliance Association and an invitation was extended for them to attend the FinTech Conference next year. One student has even received an internship offer for next Summer. The Director commended their presence and engagement over the 3 days. Today the students were the only participants to present on the Case Studies. Their responses were commendable. We are excited about the partnerships with industry professionals who were happy to see the ‘next generation’ getting prepared to enter the industry. Mrs Fiona Curtis has extended her services to us and will be assisting with Derivatives and the Stock Market in January. Kyle received a monetary award from the AFSC’s Deputy Director, today for his daily punctuality.
Overall, it was informative and fun. The students demonstrated great understanding of the content due to our in class preparation and now a new fire has been ignited as it relates to the interest in the industry.
They will be completing individual reports and thank you letters as a group

Parents and guardians of students attending the ALHCS are advised that the students are not required to return to school after the end of their examination period on Friday 28 June. Teachers will be at school until the official end of the school year on 5 July 2019 and beyond.

Congrats to the Grads!
On Thursday, June 20th 2019, parents, teachers, education officials and well wishers celebrated with this year's 6A students at their Graduation Ceremony.
The ceremony was held in the Campus B Quadrangle under the theme “Blazing Trails to Enlightenment”. The programme was ably chaired by Mrs. Shellya Rogers-Webster . The keynote address was delivered by First Nominated Member of the House of Assembly and fairly recent Alumnus, Mr. Jose Vanterpool
The musical talents of many of the graduates were on display throughout the night with rousing singing and instrumental performances, directed by Mr. Kasem Thompson and assisted by Mr. Kenjé Thomas. Several students received subject awards, with Mr. D’Kaelen Richardson receiving an impressive four (4) Awards in Economics, Geography, Caribbean Studies and Communication Studies. Special recognition awards were also presented to members of Orange House and members of the Literary and Debating Society by the respective groups.

As a consequence of the large number of students sitting CCSLC Mathematics, there will be two sittings of this examination.
Students with surnames ADAMS to MORRIS will be in the first sitting and should report to Campus A for 8.00 a.m on Tuesday 12 June 2018.
