  Unfortunately, this sports complex is quite degraded and until the government or the local athletics association upgrade it or refurbish it, I will have to give it this low review. But I do use the remnant of the track for walking now and then.

  Avoid if at all possible better use the roadthe surface is very hard.no giverun long enough and you will probably develop some back or knee issues

  Nice place to run laps or play some field sports, particularly soccer. No cover from rain or sunshine. Parking a bit limited, but is seldom a problem.

  Where many Track and Field records have been made and broken! The track is not certified yet, but has yielded MANY Olympic​ athletes! So much tremendous talent in Antigua & Barbuda, in Track and Field
