  I'd give them half a star if I could I had to buy my own shoes after a thoroughly ridiculous easily fixed shoe issue ..my package was $795 bridesmaids (included bouquet, dress, shoes,accessories) I got my accessories n I had a rash from them b4 I left the reception. The bouquet was plastic flowers which was ok but it was put inside of a 1/2inc piece of pipe n decorated n that wouldn't been fine had the arrangement not looked tacky n the bottom of the pipe was covered n not continually hooking in my dress and reaming it. I had to spend $180 separately to buy shoes bcuz the ones she bought were not only ugly but too low for the style of dress.and she said the door budget was $100 do I was only refunded $100 after having to purchase my own shoes n txtn to make matters worse my dress was supposed to have been hemmed ..and it was.in the back but the front was so long I kept stepping on it.it currently has holes in it.. unforgettable bridal lives up to its name in the worst way possible n this was just my trialanother bridesmaid still had the pin in the shoulder where it should have been altered another got 2 different sized shoes a 9 n a 10 as a pair and they all had some issue or another with the alterations that should've been made but weren't. She was truly unprofessional in my eyes and obviously doesn't realize that the profession she chose means that at the end of the day the happiness and appreciation of your customers are important. Who is going to work with a bridal company that gets nothing done without a hitch or issue
